Shipping - We are happy to ship worldwide and the shipping cost will be shown at checkout. The shipping cost includes full insurance so please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you receive an item that is damaged or missing parts. We will do our best to repair or replace the item so that you are fully satisfied with the purchase. Returns - We offer a 7 day no hassle return for any reason. Please email us to request a return and we will provide a return label which will be deducted from the refund. Please note that a 3% finance charge will be deducted from any refund issued via credit card, debit card, or PayPal due to issuer fees. To avoid this charge, we encourage payment by check, Zelle, deposit to Wells Fargo bank, or financing. All items must be returned in the same condition you received them (less shipping damage you documented to us) with all packing material included. Any item returned with material damage, missing items, or signs of wear will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Returns received after the 7 day return policy will be considered rentals and the rental charge will be deducted on a pro rata basis according to our rental schedule.
Warranty - New items are covered by factory warranty and used items are covered by store warranty. Liberty Bellows will honor the warranty to cover parts and labor to repair material defects in the mechanics, body, or reed blocks. The warranty does not cover scheduled maintenance (including tuning) or wearable items such as straps, gasket, bellows, or damage resulting from improper use, shipping, or adverse environmental conditions.
Repair Policy - We are happy to offer a free ballpark work estimate when you bring in your instrument to the store or by filling in the Repair Estimate Request Form on the Repair section of our website. We offer a detailed written appraisal for purchase when you bring your instrument to the shop or you may order a shipping label to send it for repairs. After the full work estimate has been completed, the customer pays 50% deposit to add the work order to our repair queue. Upon completion of the repair, we will invoice for the final balance for pickup or shipping.
Website Policies - Liberty Bellows is not responsible for price errors on our web site or on third party web sites. We strive to maintain accurate pricing, but in the case of an error a full refund will be granted and the sale will be cancelled. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. All items are sold in a first come, first serve basis. In the unlikely event that two or more purchasers buy the same product, the first purchaser will get the first priority and subsequent orders will be refunded in full. We are happy to provide additional pictures or answer specific questions about any listing.
