Width: Measured from widest part of lining. 
Length: Measured from the shortest to longest possible adjustment from ends of loops on the longest assembled strap.  Note that the second assembled strap is approximately 5cm (2 inches) shorter.  The shorter strap is for the left arm;  the longer strap for the right arm.
